Friday afternoon saw a number of our Ladies playing the third match in three days. This match was against Horton Kirby in the Rose Bowl competition, which we indeed won last season.
Our team playing at home had the better outcome winning by 12 shots. We were still very much in hunt at Horton Kirby at the end of the 17th and penultimate end. Unfortunately the Horton Kirby Ladies bowled very well particularly on the final end making it extremely difficult for our Ladies; disappointedly we lost overall. Our Ladies remain in other competitions in the coming week or so.
