On Sunday 14 July we played a match against Dartford Invicta Bowls Club. As always we were made to feel at home prior to and certainly after the match.
The weather was good with the sun shining bringing out the best in the B&B bowlers. Website News watched very good games with both teams producing some fine bowling. A couple of the games were close, very close at times during the match which consisted of four triples.
B&B achieved a win on all four games resulting in a score of 73 to 46. As is often the case the overall score perhaps did not represent the closeness seen during the afternoon.
After the match many of the bowlers from both teams stayed for a chat and a refreshing thirst quencher.
